I've put together an AG3 clothes editor. I like it because it makes putting together outfits easy and trying to fit it on your character isn't too hard either.
After removing the sound files (about 1.6 GB) the rest of the space was taken up by mainly textures. Extracting each PP and then zipping them compressed 900 MB to 100 MB. Actually, I guess I could've included the main game as well since it's so small, but that wasn't my focus.
My internet is unstable so I separated into three parts
Clothes Editor with main data
Clothes
Panty Festival pack
All data is unpacked. Just package them and put it in the data folder.
