The only files that I need to care about are the files in 05.pp. In fact, these are the pp files I have in my standalone client:
00.pp (model files)
05.pp (lst files)
06.pp (pose files)
08.pp (interface)
36.pp (color mode)
37.pp (items)
Everything else is not needed for digital yuusha, and not every lst file is needed as well.
Here is a summary of the lst files I've looked at:
mo00_00_00_##
00 - character def list
01 - weapon model
02 - appears to be HP and MP, seeing how you have separate rank levels for each attribute (E, D, C, B, A, S, and god-mode, with 999999 sort of values lol)
03 - 17 lines of numbers...
04 - 17 lines of numbers...
05 - 9 lines of numbers...
06 - loads some frames. Requires closer inspection
07 - loads some materials. Requires closer inspection
08 - map definition list
09 - loads srs files (maybe you can look into this?)
10 - aa_01_01.xl files - lighting information for clothed body for each stage
11 - aa_01_00.xl files - lighting information for nude/torn body for each stage
12 - loads 4 "ref" bmps.
13 - 7 lines of numbers that are pretty much the same.
mo02 - numbers
mo03 - numbers
mo04 - numbers
mo06_00_00_00 - numbers..
mo06_00_00_01 - numbers, bmp's and wav files. Sound names same as picture name.
mo_2p - color mode texture names
mo_04_... - a lot of them load pictures and sound files.
a_limb - defines frames for the specific bones
a_limb_h - ecchi mode in main game
a_exp - refers to more bone frames. Not sure.
a_hit_area - the hit area boxes. Uses bone frames to specify size
s_limb.lst - male version for bone frames
